Preliminary Accident Reports (PARS) is a quarterly publication of HAI that summarizes U.S. and Canada civil helicopter accident and incident preliminary reports provided by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and the Transportation Safety Board (TSB) of Canada. Comparative (U.S.) helicopter accident statistics are available as a supplement to the quarterly PARS. Accident statistical information is calculated through the end of each quarter. Year-end accident data is provided with the fourth quarter report.
