Operations Update is a monthly newsletter that alerts helicopter operators and owners to the latest regulatory changes, federal/regional/user meetings, airspace actions, public hearings, and proposed Federal rule changes that impact helicopter operations. This publication summarizes regulatory announcements and other information from the Federal Register and numerous other governmental sources. It identifies key FAA or HAI personnel to be contacted for additional information, provides comment due dates, and proposed HAI position statements as appropriate.
